Come Tuesday morning – September 9, Library Patrons will have a couple of new features in the Library Catalog.
- Patrons who have an email address in their record will be able to reset their PINs – you will see a new link “Forgot your PIN?” on the catalog authentication page. Clicking this link and entering your barcode number will generate an email to the address found in the patron’s record. This email will have a secure link to select and will allow patrons to enter a new PIN.
- Self Registration patrons will be able to change their “Home Library” after registering. The default Home Library is Clark County. By changing their Home Library before placing requests will get their requests sent to the check pickup location.
- Patrons who wish to change their “Home Library” or update their email address can do so from the Modify Patron Info button in their patron record.
